About Us
The success of B.A.G. Spa, the Marche-based company and owner of the NeroGiardini brand, is founded upon the "Made in Italy" production of footwear, accessories, and apparel.
Headquartered in Monte San Pietrangeli (FM) in the Marche region—at the heart of the Fermo-Macerata footwear district—the company is led by Enrico Bracalente, Sole Director.
Enrico Bracalente Sole Director
Enrico Bracalente, born in 1957, has been at the helm of B.A.G. Spa since 1998. The company, based in Monte San Pietrangeli (FM), is the owner of the NeroGiardini brand.
A self-made man raised in the province, he places great importance on values such as integrity, authenticity, and transparency. With profound determination, he committed himself from the outset to establishing his reputation as an entrepreneur of high-quality footwear. Within a very short timeframe, he succeeded in achieving tangible results and reaching significant milestones.
In 2003, driven by a combination of courage and managerial flair, and despite numerous challenges, Enrico Bracalente led the company’s expansion into what is now B.A.G. S.p.A.
Today, with over 2,000 direct and indirect employees and a daily output of 18,000 pairs of shoes, the company is focused on its domestic and international development, bolstered by its "Made in Italy" production.
“The true strength and wealth of the company are represented primarily by the human resources who work and collaborate with us.”
Enrico Bracalente
Production
Design, quality, and unique Italian style define a brand that offers a comprehensive range of footwear, accessories, and clothing.
Modern production processes and technological investments are central to NeroGiardini's strategy. Whilst maintaining its artisanal roots, the company integrates purely industrial organisational methods and processes, generating substantial employment and economic activity within the complex footwear supply chain.
The Company and its People
NeroGiardini relies on collaborators who possess a wealth of experience derived from the finest Italian footwear culture. Within the company, they operate in a modern, dynamic environment characterised by a positive working atmosphere. This distinct focus on its employees also translates into a strong commitment to vocational training. The entrepreneur is highly active in collaborative projects with schools, aimed at training specialised craftspeople in line with market demands.
A prime example is the project with the Artigianelli Vocational Training Centre, authorised by the Province of Fermo. In partnership with this institution, NeroGiardini has established a two-year training course for "Footwear Operators". Entirely funded by the company, the course is aimed at young people aged between 16 and 18, with the objective of developing qualified personnel to be integrated into companies within the footwear sector.
