NeroGiardini’s Social Commitment

Centro di formazione professionale “ARTIGIANELLI” opera Don Ricci di Fermo
Corso triennale di formazione professionale promosso e finanziato da NeroGiardini

"I have always maintained that there is a gap between schools and businesses that must be bridged, and this task falls to us entrepreneurs. We need to bring young people into our companies through vocational institutes and invest more in training, because the talent pool is vital for every company and production sector.”

Enrico Bracalente

NeroGiardini funds the training programme for the "Footwear Operator" qualification.

The course integrates technical expertise with four key areas: linguistics, science, socio-historical-economics, and technology.

Aimed at 16-to-18-year-olds, it focuses on direct employment within the NeroGiardini Group. The qualification is recognised at both Regional and European levels, providing a valid alternative to unemployment and safeguarding the artisanal heritage of Made in Italy.

Reconstruction of the New Church of San Gregorio in L'Aquila
Following the 2009 earthquake, Enrico Bracalente fully funded the reconstruction of the San Gregorio church. Inaugurated in 2010, the 200-square-metre structure features reinforced concrete, steel, and wooden ceilings. By employing exclusively local Abruzzo-based companies, Bracalente supported the regional economy, leaving an indelible mark of generosity on the community.
