NeroGiardini’s commitment to training young people

On October, 23rd NeroGiardini will organize an event to raise the awareness of the institutions, the business community and the media, on a crucial issue such as the
training of young people. The meeting will be held at the Triennale di Milano and will be entitled "The training of young people and their integration into the world of work."
In addition to Enrico Bracalente , will participate sociologist Francesco Alberoni , the psychiatrist Paul Crepet , the founder of the community Exodus Don Antonio Mazzi and the director of the Centro di Formazione Artigianelli, Father Pessot . TRAINING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

Enrico Bracalente has fully funded and supported a vocational course for "Operatore della Calzatura" in collaboration with the Centro Artigianelli dell’Opera Don Ricci of Fermo. Students between the ages of 16 and 18 are trained to become skilled workers, with the aim of bridging the gap between school and enterprises and, at the same time, do not leaving Italy to move towards other production sites, maybe abroad, where labor costs are certainly cheaper. Bracalente said: "For us, the in-company training is essential, but not only that. In December, the first 14 footwear operators will graduate from the professional school we created and fully funded, in partnership with the Istituto Artigianelli of Fermo and now the second course with new students has already started."


“Gold Medal” to NeroGiardini: N°1 footwear brand on customer satisfaction in Italy

NeroGiardini won the "Gold Medal" in the national ranking of the companies with the highest level of satisfaction for services offered to its end consumers, according to an independent research carried out by the German Quality and Finance Institute on a representative sample of 74.275 individuals. NeroGiardini has reached the 8th position overall and it is at first place in the ranking for footwear sector, according to data obtained from the largest survey made in Italy on "customer satisfaction" so far.


Young entrepreneurs of Federcalzature go to lesson at NeroGiardini

Enrico Bracalente, owner of the brand NeroGiardini, welcomed Andrea Colzani, President of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Federcalzature (National Federation of Footwear Merchants) and 11 entrepreneurs members of the National Council. He illustrated the company's strategies that let NeroGiardini organize itself and grow in a constantly changing market, and to discuss about the solutions that have to be undertaken to ensure the company’s success in such a delicate moment for the Country. Italian and German students visit Nerogiardini

The 3rd year students of the Istituto Tecnico Commerciale di Fermo “Carducci Galilei” (Administration-Finance-Marketing address) and the German students of the Linguistic-Scientific High School "Platen-Gymnasium" of Ansbach (Nuremberg), protagonists of a cultural and educational exchange, have been guests at the NeroGiardini headquarters for a visit to the plant and to analyze the success of the company led by Enrico Bracalente, sole administrator and owner of the brand.
