Enrico Bracalente has fully funded and supported a vocational course for “Operatore della Calzatura” in collaboration with the Centro Artigianelli dell’Opera Don Ricci of Fermo. Students between the ages of 16 and 18 are trained to become skilled workers, with the aim of bridging the gap between school and enterprises and, at the same time, do not leaving Italy to move towards other production sites, maybe abroad, where labor costs are certainly cheaper. Bracalente said: “For us, the in-company training is essential, but not only that. In December, the first 14 footwear operators will graduate from the professional school we created and fully funded, in partnership with the Istituto Artigianelli of Fermo and now the second course with new students has already started.”
